Genesis Trust

Oasis Hub
The Oasis vision is for community – a place where everyone is included, makes a contribution, and reaches their God-given potential. They run food pantries that you can attend for a small fee if you are eligible. Click here for more info.
Mercy in Action
To tackle poverty, injustice and inequality through housing, food, education and care. They run food pantries that you can attend for a small fee. You’ll need a referral for this service - The Nest Project can help with this, but there is currently a waiting list. They also support young homeless mums. Get in contact with them to find out more.
Free Cakes for Kids
Free Cakes for Kids are a group of volunteers who bake for families who find it difficult to provide a birthday cake for their child – free, friendly, confidential. Cakes are homemade and delicious, usually featuring the child’s favourite theme or style. You’ll need a referral to access this service - The Nest Project can help with this.

VOICES is a charity founded by women with lived experience, dedicated to providing recovery support and advocacy for people affected by domestic abuse. They can support you in a variety of ways, get in touch with them to find out more.

Southside Family Project
Southside provides specialist support for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse across Bath and North East Somerset. Services include Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), safety planning, counselling, advocacy, and support for children and older adults. They are inclusive of men, women, LGBT+ individuals, and people in same-sex relationships.

Off the Record are a mental health and wellbeing charity providing free, confidential and independent support to young people aged 11-25 across Bath and North East Somerset.
Bath Mind

Smart Works help unemployed women to get the coaching, clothing and confidence they need to secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.
The Women’s Work Lab
The Women’s Work Lab help mums transform their lives by rebuilding confidence and helping them on their journey to find work that works for them and their families. Their 12-week programmes combine bespoke classroom training with a work placement, 1-2-1 career coaching and mentoring.

Bright Start Children’s Centres
Bright Start Children’s Centres provide opportunities for parents & carers with children aged 0-5 years to come together to share the challenges and joys of parenthood. Situated on a beautiful 37-acre site, Bath City Farm is a working Farm, that’s also a much loved charity and a popular visitor attraction. They provide education, training and therapeutic activities to people in the local community.
The Percy Centre

BAPP
Bath Area Play Project (BAPP) is a registered charity and local voluntary organisation. They promote and facilitate opportunities for children and young people to play and participate in positive activities.
Bath Child Contact Centre
The Centre can facilitate contact for a number of families in a safe, warm space. They are equipped with toys for a wide age range. Here, a visiting parent and their children can enjoy each other’s company in a neutral venue after a family breakdown. A waiting room is available for the adult bringing the child(ren).
